Event News for March 2017

The Norman Parker Showcase is here, meaning it’s time for some players to make a name for themselves.

Don’t Sleep

The first name of action is in the books here at the Norman Parker Showcase and I spent the evening catching up on the 16 and under action on Friday night.

Game Elite won the 11 and under division of the HoopSeen Super Regional 37-32 over God’s Property.

MC Warriors’ dynamic backcourt duo of Alex Odom and Darrin Thompson was too potent for the Montgomery Fire as the Warriors finally distanced themselves in the fourth quarter after carrying a 32-26

In an utterly brilliant performance, the Atlanta Celtics raced out to an 18-2 lead and never looked back, using a running clock in the third quarter to put away Georgia Excel.

The Georgia Xclusive 2021 team made it to the 14 and under division of the 2017 Super Regional because the team leaned on its depth, size and skill at each of the positions on the floor.
