The 2018 Alabama Fall Preview is officially in the books and we begin our team-by-team evaluations from our loaded day of action at Pelham High School.

Jadakiss Anderson, 2020 SG, Greenville (AL): Anderson's smooth game and solid day earned him a spot as one of our event story starters. 

Devin Ervin, 2019 SG, Kingwood Christian (AL): Versatility is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about what value Ervin brings to the court. Shooting, and rebounding most notably made a difference on a team filled with quality players. Ervin has a good package of moves that he used to shift defenders in front of him. He’s a tough quality guard that should bring solid minutes to Kingwood Christian.

Jared Harbin, 2019 PF, McGill-Toolen (AL): It's easy to see why McGill-Toolen has contended for a 7A state champion in recent years. Harbin, a 6-foot-5 power forward, was one of the most aggressive big men in camp. He exudes toughness and had no problem doing the dirty work for his team. Harbin is an efficient rebounder, too. 

Camron Scott, 2020 SF, Ramsay (AL): The athletic wing man had a fantastic day and started his story at the Fall Preview. Read what our staff had to say about him here. 

Brandon Green, 2021 PG, Phillips (AL): A ball screen savant, Brandon Green didn’t make a questionable read with the ball in his hands. As things played out in front of him, Green would find the open man or turn the corner for a drive. His high IQ and feel for the game shined through as he showed capabilities of leading an offense. For such a young prospect, Green had a good grasp of his team mates capabilities after the first few minutes. Some shot making down the stretch upped his value as a dual threat guard.

Brody Peebles, 2021 SG, Hartselle (AL): Peebles was voted as one of the top performers of the day. Read what our coaches and staff had to say about him here. 

Jonah Williams, 2023 SG, Plainview (AL): Williams torched the nets and was regarded as one of the top shooters in camp by Austin Smith. Read what he had to say about the youngster here. 

Jayman Pettway, 2020 PG, Macon East Academy (AL): A couple of good decisions made Jayman Perrway stand out as he consistently put himself in good situations. Not once did he force any action while making sure to get the right people involved. He fits the bill as a prototypical point guard, keeping his head on a swivel to find his next assists. A couple of drive and kicks led to some good finishes as Pettway plays that game the right way. 

Javareus Williams, 2020 SF, Brew Tech (AL): Despite being 6’1 Javareus Williams made a claim for his fair share of rebounds. His positioning on the offensive glass lead to some key second chance opportunities that he made the most off.  A good first step allowed him to attack overzealous closeouts as he finished some tough ones around the rim. Williams played with an edge offensively and his skill set should continue to develop with another year under his belt.

Caleb Bush, 2019 CG, Elite Prep (AL): Caleb Bush’s athleticism stood out to our staff due to some on and off the ball production. When Bush didn’t have the ball, he did a good job of making timely cuts that opened up the defense. His non-stop movement caused the defense to shift which in turn opened up shots for others. His activity, and athleticism also helped him defensively. There were possessions where Bush would take on a few different threats and took them on the same. His effort caused problems for others as Bush took pride in his job.
