Our Senior Showcase was a terrific stage for the 40 or so colleges that came out for the day to see good talent. Here's a look at the players on Team 7.

John Allen, Marietta, 5-7, PG
Allen did a good job putting pressure on the ball defense from end to end and making teams work to get the ball into any kind of flow. On the offensive end of the floor, he did a very good job of getting into the paint with the dribble. His best work comes on the defensive end of the floor. 

Tyus Brooks, Laurel Hill High School, 5-9, G
Brooks kept the ball on a string and played fast. Brooks will need to improve his shooting moving forward. 

Anthony Boyd Jr, Greenforest Christian Academy, 6-3, SG
Boyd played with a great motor and was the best on the ball defender on the team. He accepted the challenge of guarding the best players on the floor. Moving forward, a tightened up handle will help open up his game on offense. 

Reco Hallmon Jr, Grayson, 6-5, CG
College coaches loved his size for his position and his ability to score on three levels. Hallmon showed off his scoring touch at the rim, from deep and in the middle. Defensively, Hallmon was a tough match-up because of his size and length. Opposing guards had a hard time creating against him.

AJ Jackson, Westover, 6-3, PG/SG
The big combo guard took control of his team from the get go. Jackson seems like he is a leader by the manner he communicated with his team on and off the court. He is very poised on offense and defense. Jackson is super bouncy around the rim and was actively involved every second of the game. He’s good as a rim attacker. Jackson should be a good two-year player in the junior college.

Jordyn Lilly, Northview, 6-2, G
His coach loved his athleticism and spoke highly of his bounce and explosiveness. Lilly has a jump shot that’s reliable. Lilly is wired well on the offensive end of the floor. Improved court vision and passing will help him grow even further as a scorer.

Joshua Lusane, Americus-Sumter High School, 6-8, SF/PF
FROM OUR TOP PERFORMERS REPORT: Our Georgia AAAA Player of the Year played like such a title on Sunday. The 6-foot-7 big man was a consensus top performer selection from the camp and that shouldn’t come as a big surprise. He was terrific from all spots on the floor and from both sides of the ball. Lusane was a three-level scorer. He was very good at setting ball screens and playing off the ball as a cutter. He has great hands as a rebounder. Lusane has a great feel for the game and defended multiple positions well. As his ball-handling improves, so will his ability to produce even more at the college level.

Ryan Rockwell, Stephenson, 6-0, G
The fast guard did a really good job of getting into the lane and creating for himself. His speed allowed him to attack deep into a defense. His ball-handling is his best attribute.

Mark Vance, Karns High School, 6-6, PF/C
One of the better big men in the camp, Vance played well throughout the day. He did a good job of stretching the floor at the center position. He’s a big body down low and did a job of setting up shop and anchoring down the post as a defender. Continued improvement as a rebounder will help him be on the floor more at the next level.
