Looking back on my notes from the 2016 travel season, Demarkus Lampley was one of my top sleepers that I saw. The 6-foot, 165-pound guard from Central Phenix (AL) HS and the Georiga Kings travel program proved himself as one of the best scorers in the Deep South. He's a blur from end to end and could be a major steal for a low-major program. Troy State, Murray State, Tennessee State, Southern and Middle Tennessee State are all interested, according to his travel coach Gerald Ogletree.
