Trent Frazier, one of the stock risers of the summer, has narrowed his college list to eight schools: Illinois, Georgia, SMU, Kansas State, VCU, Rhode Island, Memphis, and Seton Hall.
Illinois will get his first official visit, as he will be in Champaign August 19-21. He will then make the trip to Georgia the following weekend, August 26-28.
2017 Wellington (FL) combo guard Trent Frazier ended his AAU career with a bang in Las Vegas, as he caught the eye of many different coaches. The week prior, he was a top performer at #BOTS.
With his play in Vegas, Frazier, a 6-foot-2 scorer, earned new scholarship offers from Western Kentucky, Seton Hall, Georgia, and Memphis. Illinois watched him very closely at BOTS and is considered the leader at this point.
After an in-home visit last week, Illinois is at the top of 2017 Wellington (FL) combo guard Trent Frazier's list.
"The visit went a lot better than I expected it to. In fact, it put Illinois right at the top of my list," Frazier told HoopSeen.com.
Florida and Stephen F. Austin are the other main contenders for the 6-foot-2 scorer.
