The 2020 HoopSeen event schedule

We are excited to roll out our 2020 schedule for the HoopSeen event experience. There will be four Georgia Cups presented by US Amateur Basketball, three NCAA Live Period events, three events at convention centers and 11 total team tournaments/events on the schedule.

We hosted over 3,800 games in 2019 and saw over 1,725 teams compete on all of our stages. The HoopSeen event experience is the biggest and best platform in the Southeast and we continue to welcome teams to our stage from all corners of the United States.

THE GEORGIA CUP

The Georgia Cup presented by US Amateur Basketball All three Georgia Cups and The Finals will be held at Suwanee Sports Academy. There were 545 teams that competed in our Georgia Cup series last year with teams competing from seven different states in our Cup series.

NCAA LIVE PERIOD EVENTS

We are excited to host an event during all three periods where Division I college coaches can attend. There will be two in April (Carolina Jam/April 17-19 and Atlanta Jam April 24-26) and the Best of the South (July 9-12).

THREE CONVENTION CENTER EVENTS ON TAP

We will host three events at convention centers in 2020. The first will be in Raleigh, North Carolina for the newly minted Carolina Jam. The April 17-19 event will be a NCAA Live Period event and open to Division I coaches. The second convention center event will be the Best of the South during the only travel team NCAA Live Period window of July on the 9-12. The Best of the South will return to the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta. The final convention center event will be the US Amateur Nationals on July 17-19 at the Knoxville Convention Center in Tennessee.

A NEW ERA, AN OLD FAVORITE

Our HoopSeen Tip-Off event made a stellar debut in 2019, hosting teams from up an down the Eastern seaboard. The event features the best travel teams from all age groups and every team that attended was able to build a media package for marketing and media purposes. We had a handful of future McDonald's All-Americans and teams from all brands and independent circuits.

Our Bama Jam at the gorgeous Finley Center in Hoover, Alabama is back for it's third year and the event continues to grow in popularity and competition. All games are under one roof in the early spring. The platform gives teams a proper start to the April NCAA Live Period.

The Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions returns back to the Suwanee Sports Academy as the most prestigous travel basketball event moves into it's 27th year of existence. We have added six courts under one roof at the Infinite Energy Forum to go along with the seven courts at SSA. Last year's Bob Gibbons event had 275 teams from all over the country.
