HoopSeen Carolina Jam to be held in April 2020 NCAA Live Period

RALEIGH, NC - HoopSeen is pleased to announce a new tournament for high school and eighth-grade teams during the new April NCAA Live Period for the 2020 calendar year. The Carolina Jam will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center in North Carolina on April 17-19, 2020.

All of the courts for the NCAA Live Period event will be under one roof, making the Carolina Jam a must-stop for travel teams and college coaches.

Teams will have the opportunity to play in front of hundreds of college coaches in one setting. The Raleigh location will draw teams up and down the East Coast.

“We look at the landscape of the grassroots basketball community and see a great opportunity to provide a stage for the majority of teams who compete on their own budget and grit,” HoopSeen Mike Eddy said.

“Our events continue to move to the convention center space because we believe the experience and platform for independently funded teams,” Eddy said. With every game at the main gym venue, every team and player has a chance to be exposed to the college coaches with the scholarships.”

The HoopSeen Live Period events drew over 400 college coaches last year. College coaches from every level evaluate players and offer scholarships during and after our events. The Carolina Jam is another opportunity to connect the independent teams and the college coaches. The HoopSeen stage is the industry leader in the South for connecting both parties.
