What does all-out effort, contagious energy and athleticism get ya on a stage like this? Great production. Police was one of the catalysts for a 6-0 weekend for the Ball4Lyfe squad here at the Best of the South. Police has been a consistent source of production all HoopSeen season long. His quick bounce and even quicker second bounce allows him to get rebounds, offensive putbacks and junkyard dog buckets around the rim. We’ve seen guys like him before come through our platform and move onto a good college career. Just look at Kelton Talford who is at Winthrop. Police has a game similar to the former HoopSeen stud. - Justin Young

Easily one of the most athletic players that we have seen this travel season, James is a high-light reel waiting to happen each time he takes off towards the rim. He has a college-ready body combined with his athleticism that will translate over well to the next level. Throughout the week, on a stacked roster for 1 of 1 Rare, he was the most consistent dude. He averaged around 14 points per game for the undefeated program out of Charlotte, North Carolina. James tells HoopSeen that he has been hearing from Georgia State and Delaware State recently and will take a visit to Anderson University next week. - Justin Byerly

The Best of the South was a perfect culmination of what the fast-rising wing has done all season long on our platform. Freeman has strung together a great season and it feels like every event he’s played at, he’s levelled up. Inside the Georgia World Congress Center, Freeman showed why he’s finishing the summer as one of the most intriguing players in the nation. The midrange game is dangerous from the long wing. His three-point shot is becoming a weapon. His length creates chaos on defense. The skill set is stacking up. He’s also doing it against quality opponents. Freeman was a popular player with the recruiters at the event, and rightfully so. It will be interesting to see which schools jump into the mix after the summer recruiting period comes to an end. But here at the Best of the South, he was certainly one of the most interesting producers and long-term prospects at the event. - Justin Young

We have been on the Parker Robison train for years. His feel, his IQ have been apparent since his underclass days. He’s the quintessential floor general on both ends of the floor. Robison’s HoopSeen career reached its peak when he led the Tigers to a win over 1 of 1 Elite in front of 20-plus college coaches. Robison dropped 20 points with 5 threes in the first half. Per usual, his basketball savvy showed itself under the bright lights. - Josh Tec

With NC State on hand for most of his games this weekend, Otayaluk is looking like he might be on the cusp of seeing his recruitment take a trend upwards. He went for 28 points and showed his athleticism in the win earlier in the day on Saturday. He went on a stretch of four straight rim-rattling dunks off of turnovers when No Guts No Glory started to press. He has the tools to warrant the trend upwards with his recruitment and he continues to be a guy that built his recruitment on the HoopSeen stage. - Justin Byerly
