We had a full day of hoops at the 2015 Fall Preview and will spend the next two weeks unloading player evaluations from the camp. We’ll go team by team and unload our notes from our staff. Today we dive deep into Team 5. 

Amenra Bey, PG, Miller Grove, 2018: The 6-foot guard is a savvy ball-handler and decent off the dribble attacker. Always looking for ways to free himself off of defenders, Bey was ready to either pass or shoot. He understood spacing and tempo well. 

Joshua Brown, PF, Riverwood, 2017: The 6-foot-5 forward is an active and agile big man that found his way to play at the rim for tip-ins and close range scores. He’s very long and could probably guard out to the wing. Like his athleticism, too. 

Jaire Eastmond, PG, Wheeler, 2019: The young floor general has been around the game long before he ever knew what the Preview camp series was. Getting a chance to play in the camp for the first time, the young Wheeler guard wasn’t fazed by the stage. He’s smart enough to know where he can shine. In this setting, he was a set-up man and pesky defender. Time is certainly on his side. 

Trae Higginbotham, PG, Brookwood, 2017: One of the better sleepers in the metro Atlanta area. He’s been very successful at our events this past year at the 17U level and picked up where he left off in the summer. He’s a right play kind of guard. Higginbotham does a fine job of mixing scoring with passing and should be primed for a strong year in Gwinnett County. 

Koby Isaac, SG, Norcross, 2019: A very, very talented guard who does great on slashes to the basket. He plays unafraid of the moment and who he is put up against. With a young body on him but quality ball skills, Isaac is capable of playing either guard spot and excels at whichever position that he is placed into. This was our first time seeing him and liked what he brings to the table. He was one of the top young players in the camp. 

Isaiah Miller, SG, Eastside, 2017: He earned high praise with his athleticism at the camp was one of the top surprises in the field. He played hard from end to end and took to hear the message of playing with purpose and energy. Many of our coaches called him the most athletic player in the camp. Miller is a fearless competitor. 

Khavon Moore, SF/PG, Westside, 2018: One of the top players in the entire camp and a guy that we’ve written a lot about since last year at the Fall Preview. He was a top performer this year (again). Read about his work on Saturday HERE. 

Jack Schwietz, SG, Johnson Ferry Christian Academy, 2018: Nice sized shooter (6-4/190) that plays strong on both ends of the floor. He’s a decent rebounder for his position, too. A bit of a sleeper in the state of Georgia, this was a nice first impression to follow up with him this season ahead. One thing we really liked was his size and how he uses it. 

Jaden Stanley, SF, Discovery, 2017: Nice size for a wing, pushing the scales at nearly 6-foot-5. He can go in and out on both sides of the floor. Liked how he rebounded and defended. 

Jerique Walker, PG, Holy Spirit Prep, 2017: Great change of pace guard that keeps a the tempo high and finds guys in rhythm for good shots. The left-handed guard is a shifty guard that opened space with timed moves.
