Stock rising means different things for different people. Everyone runs their own race. It's just a matter of staying focused and working on improving every day. I'm a firm believer in not comparing one's self to others and controlling what one can control. Work ethic and daily improvement are controllable. If a player does those things, their stock will rise in some regard. Whether it be garnering D1 interest or going from completely unknown to getting JUCO offers, getting the opportunity to play at any level shouldn't be taken lightly.
