ATLANTA—In the 17U Green championship game, Team Wright bests Iron City Hoops 66-47 behind a 24-point performance from 6-foot-7 forward Omari Wallace. The big man was a dominating presence in the post, but he also showed that he can hit an open 3-pointer by knocking down a pair of them in the second half. 

Behind Wallace’s efforts, 6-foot-6, 2025 wing, Ladanian Brooks added 21 points, including a singlehanded 11-0 at the beginning of the game. With his size, length and production, Brooks proved to be a prospect to monitor moving forward. 

As a whole, Team Wright opened the game on a 20-3 run and kept a lead that hovered around the 20-point mark for much of the game. 

While the game got away from them early, Iron City Hoops got great performances from Collin Lockhart and Korbin Long. The pair combined for 24 points. In total, Iron City Hoops had a fantastic weekend and went 4-1 overall.
