James "I.V." Williams is the founder of Between the Lines Sports, LLC, which covers High School, NCAA, and international basketball. He is the key contributor of all written content on btlscouting.org and is the host of “Attacking the Paint” Podcast. He serves as Lead Basketball Analyst his NCAA Compliant recruiting service BTL Sports. He was a Basketball Operations Assistant Cleveland Cavaliers and as Player Personnel/Basketball Operation Manager for the Canton Charge. He has had a stint with the Atlanta Hawks, along with stops in the CBA and abroad in China.
