Memphis’s White Station High School has always been known to have a great basketball prospect. Class of 2022 shooting guard Kyler Dandridge looks like he’s next and he doesn’t expect to disappoint. Dandridge is easily a Top 10 most wanted prospect in Memphis, Tennessee.

Dandridge is a 6-foot-3 athletic slasher who knows how to find his shot but also has a great IQ to get others involved. College coaches are aware of his talents as mid-major programs are slowly catching the buzz of him. South Alabama and Lehigh have shown interest, so far.

Dandridge has been a role player most of his high school career. Going into his senior season, this will be the year where Dandridge finally gets the chance to showcase his abilities and leadership. The pandemic year for many of the top prospects of Memphis was treated like NBA free agency. Dandridge thought about leaving White Station High School in order to just have an opportunity to play his junior season. Instead, Dandridge went into a full year of training where he improved on his ball-handling and floater.

Leadership from Dandridge comes from his actions and not his words. It’s the determination of wanting to show why he is irritated of being underrated. Many of the local basketball fans are aware of what he can do.

It’s time for college coaches to see his value for a program. There are millions of kids that want the opportunity to play college basketball. Just like many that play this game of basketball. The goal is free education for Dandridge. The most fulfilling part of his goal is to get the opportunity to play for a university during NCAA March Madness.

This summer Dandridge will be playing travel ball with Nashville AAU program EAB.
