The state of Tennessee is loaded with talent in the class of 2021. There are still a number of players from the class that remain unsigned and on the recruiting board. We take a deeper look at who the 10 best available seniors are in the Volunteer State. Today we look at first of the two-part series.

Blocker is what we call in today’s game a walking bucket. Standing at 6-foot-5 Blocker has great size for the guard position. Blocker can score on all levels, he has a consistent outside shot. Very good at taking opponents off the dribble. Athleticism is off the charts, Blocker is a crowd pleaser in the open floor. Most recently picked up offers from Kansas State and UNLV. He has become a high major prospect that should do well at the next level.

Brown is a versatile guard that can play both guard positions. He has become a better point guard with the ability to run a team. At 6-foot-5 with a long wiry frame, Brown has the ability to get to the rim and score at will. He has always been a great shooter over the years. Troy State, Louisiana Tech and Tulsa offered earlier in the year. He is a prospect with great potential that will be a mid major or possible high major prospect.

Yerald Mieses

Mieses plays the game with a great IQ. He can make a big shot or play great defense to help you win a big game. This season he has shown he can play both guard spots. He has offers and interest from Akron, Chattanooga, Rutgers, Illinois and South Florida. Mieses is a prospect that would have been signed right now if it wasn’t for the new rule granting college players to retain a their current year of eligibility. Mieses is a mid major prospect that will thrive in a half court or uptempo offense.

T.J. Madlock

Madlock is a great competitor that loves to play defense. He has shown a ability to compete with elite level competition and hold his own. Madlock opened a lot of eyes earlier in the year at The St. James NIBC Invitational in Virginia - great Performance showing off his great athleticism. Madlock seems more comfortable playing off the ball. Not a true point guard, solid frame at 6-foot-2 makes up for lack of height for shooting guard position. Florida Atlantic and Arkansas Little Rock have shown the most interest.

Isaiah Jones

Jones is possibly the best passer in the Tennessee class of 2021. Jones has been playing both forward positions this season, which has made him tougher, and a better rebounder. He makes great plays without scoring. Has the ability to play guard with his versatility. Recruitment has been picking up with great junior college offers pouring in recently as well as Cumberland College. Jones moved from Nashville to Memphis last year and has shown great leadership in his first year at Arlington High School.
