Chip Smith, the head coach of the Tennessee Tigers always has prospects that we watch and take notes on and watch some more and take more notes and by the end of the travel season, they are legitimate college prospects. Tennessee Tigers forward Jack Carter saved his best for last during the last live period in Virginia Beach. Carter has been consistent all travel season but to me, he put on his best display of his overall game on the last day of the live period.
