The Tennessee Tigers have been on our stage since I can remember. Chip Smith and his team do a phenomenal job of getting guys on the independent level that can play with the best teams in the country. Jack Carter is a guy that I feel like can slip into the low-major to mid-major ranks of college basketball. We had the chance to catch up with 6-foot-6 junior prospect to see how his recruitment is going.
