THE CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR SEASON AND THE DISTRICT PLAYOFFS

WEST TENNESSEE

Milestones:

Tylon Chatman (Haywood): Tradition runs rampant at this school so the honor of joining some of the best to ever compete in West Tennessee was bestowed on young Chatman as he joined the 1,000 point club for his scoring prowess.

Ethan Tolbert (Dyer County): The Choctaws have been one of the top program in this part of the state for many years and continue to add to their resume as this rising senior post joins the 1,000 point club for his career.

Will Keltner (TCA): Keltner drops a nice 31 point effort on Fayette Academy and surpasses the 1,000 point plateau for his career.

Scoring Efforts:

Jaylin Anglin (West Carroll): Putting up points when the season is on the line, Anglin has been money in the district tournament beginning with his 37 point effort against Frank Hughes and adding a cool 27 against Perry County.

Christian Gililand (Northpoint): The sophomore sensation was at his best as the season came to a close. How is this for ending on a high note. 33 points against Harding Academy, 29 vs. Southhaven and a pair of 26 point effort against the likes of FACS and Margolin Hebrew.

Emerson Fussell (Obion County): This kid should be on some radar as he is a scoring juggernaut here in West Tennessee as evidenced with this massive 43 point effort against Crockett County.

D.J. Richmond (Harding Academy) & Cameron Lewis (Ridgeway): How about some recognition for these two as they dropped a 40 piece on their respective foes. Richmond gets his 40 against St. George's while Lewis garners his 40 against Wooddale.
