Early on, the story of the game was SSBA’s size against JSI’s outside shooting ability. Around halfway through the first half, SSBA gained some separation thanks to an 8-0 run. By halftime, SSBA built a 40-25 lead. In the second half, SSBA maintained control and took home the trophy. 

SSBA was led by Elijah Dukes and Ryan Wright. Dukes scored 13 and Wright added 10 points. In the second half, Dukes hit three 3-pointers.SSBA was dominant in the 13U division. They won all five of their games by an average of 35.6 points per game. 

JSI Elite fought toe-to-toe with SSBA for longer than most. That’s a tough group of guys that has some serious potential. They had an awesome showing this weekend. Prior to their game with SSBA, JSI Elite was undefeated with an average margin of victory of 16.5 points per game.
