Around the Peach Profiles: Mason Lockhart

Coming off a strong summer where he earned his first offer from Mercer, Mason Lockhart has kept that momentum going throughout this high school season. Recently earning first team All-Region honors, the Columbia big man is averaging a double-double as well as shooting 60% from the field. 

At 6-foot-6, Lockhart is a strong, physical big man that embraces physicality. He likes to get into defenders chest and has a soft touch around the basket. Since AAU has ended, he has worked on his perimeter game which has allowed Columbia to stretch the floor.
