Duke offers Carter

Nationally, the class of 2017 is loaded with frontcourt talent that could potentially be game changers for college programs. One of the fastest risers up those national rankings has been Pace Academy and Georgia Stars big man Wendell Carter.  The 6-foot-10 versatile forward has established himself as an elite level prospect and it now shows after being offered by blue blood program Duke and Mike Krzyzewski.

After a good showing at the first session of the Nike EYBL in Virginia during the first live period, Carter became the talk of hoop heads all over and will certainly look to build on that at the next session this weekend in Lexington.

Carter, the No. 1 player in Georgia's 2017 class, currently holds offers from Duke, Georgia, Auburn, Texas A&M, & Kansas State.
