Mill Creek Point Guard and Hoopseen regular Jack Kostel has always been a talent that we’ve recognized at our various tournaments in his appearances with the Atlanta Timberwolves. Now, college coaches are starting to take notice as well. 

In the NCAA Georgia Team Camp event this past weekend, Kostel played sound, high IQ basketball, a rarity in today’s. While he’s not a freakish athlete, he makes up for it with his ability to control the offense and make the right play whether that’s finding the open man or taking it upon himself to score. With quite a few colleges in attendance for his game last Friday against Gainesville, Kostel did not disappoint in an impressive team win for Mill Creek.

During and following the team camp event, Kostel has heard from from Lipscomb, Gardner Webb, Arkansas Little Rock, Navy,  North Georgia, Tampa, and Charleston. I think this is only the beginning and believe more schools will start to reach out to Kostel as the travel season progresses and into the school season.
