Dillon Jones attracting new high-majors

Standing 6-foot-6 with a powerful frame, Upward Stars combo forward Dillon Jones passes the eye test.

After taking a closer look at Dillon you realize that he is a player that physically is ready for the next level and can impact the game from the perimeter as well as in the paint. He is a very good positional rebounder coupled with his ability to score from all spots on the floor.

His recruitment story looks like this. He holds offers from SEC hometown school South Carolina along with Appalachian State, Charleston Southern, UNC-Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston, Hofstra, Presbyterian, SC State and USC- Upstate.

Some new high-majors have also recently expressed interest. Dillon tells HoopSeen that Butler and Xavier have started the recruiting process. Other mid-majors have also jumped into the picture as UNC-Greensboro, Toledo, Elon and Murray State have reached out.
