Huge recruting score for FSU
Florida State brought in Georgia guard Malik Beasley and Florida wing Dwayne Bacon for official visits on Friday and many in the basketball recruiting world thought at least one of the top 50 players would commit to the ACC school.
On Friday night, just after the sun went down, both players decided to publicly announce their intentions to play for the Seminoles.
Beasley, the No. 2 player in Georgia, popped first announcing his decision on Twitter.
I am truly blessed to say that I have committed to Florida State University

Bacon, a five-star prospect from Oak Hill Academy, committed shortly thereafter.
Thank God, My Parents and everybody who's been there for me but I've decided that I'll be committing to Florida State University! #FSU

The two join New Englander Terance Mann in the 2015 FSU recruiting class. The trio make up for one heck of a trifecta of scorers with versatility. As the ACC grows stronger and deeper, Leonard Hamilton and Charlton Young put a serious stamp on their place in the conference moving forward.
