2015 travel schedule announced
Suwanee Sports Academy and our HoopSeen staff are excited to announce our elite travel basketball schedule for 2015. We have seven different events - two player showcases and five team tournaments - to help players on their quest to play collegiate basketball.
Our HoopSeen staff will cover each of these events from start to finish and all of these events are open to college basketball coaches to evaluate talent.
We invite you and your team to participate at The Capital of Grassroots Basketball in 2015.
March 14: The Elite Preview
Eighty of Georgia's best high school basketball players will be personally invited to participate in this exclusive camp to celebrate the long and competitive high school season all the while tip off the upcoming travel calendar. All players are selected by our HoopSeen.com staff. Invitations are earned. This camp features Georgia's best of the best.
March 15: The Senior Showcase
The high school season is over and college coaches from every level are still looking for players to fill their rosters. The Senior Showcase is a platform to showcase your skills in front of coaches that are armed with scholarships. Earn your future here. The camp is open to players that will graduate in the class of 2015 only and open to all states.
April 3-5: Norman Parker Showcase
This is the event where Georgia starts the travel season. Last year's event brought together every major travel team - shoe sponsored or not - and paired the teams for some of the best games we saw in the Peach State in 2014. This is the stage to see your team against great talent before the aggressive spring calendar plays out.
*April 10-12: HoopSeen Atlanta Jam
With the NCAA opening the recruiting period up to two weekends in the spring again, we had to open the doors to college recruiters. College coaches love events at Suwanee Sports Academy. With seven courts under one roof, there is no better place to get the most for your dollar. Teams nationwide are invited to attend.
May 1-3: Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions
Teams from coast to coast have come to the Gibbons for over 20 years to play against the best of the best. This year will be no different. Every major outlet covers this event, players careers are started at Gibbons and competition will, at times, shut our building down. Space fills up quickly and teams are encouraged to lock in their spot early. The Gibbons is a national staple on the travel circuit and will sell out.
*July 8-12: Best of the South
College coaches pack Suwanee Sports Academy to get the summer started off right. With over 110 teams in the event in 2014, the BOTS is our fast-growing tournament on our schedule. The tournament has been a proven starting point for players and their recruitment. Offers are earned here. Who will earn it in 2015?
*July 22-26: HoopSeen Nationals
The travel schedule will come to a close at the end of July and we look forward to serving the basketball community with another well-run, well-attended and well-publicized event. Stay tuned for more details on this NCAA live period event.
