High majors in hot pursuit of available 2019 PG Baugh
Damion Baugh of Tennessee Prep is one of the top available point guards in the class of 2019. The 6-foot-3 guard has been one of the top overall players at the Big Hoops Shootout at Duluth High School over the Christmas break.
Baugh was watched closely by Georgia Tech head coach Josh Pastner on Saturday. The Jackets have offered and remained deep in the mix with the available Tennessee guard. Baugh visited on Sunday unofficially.
Baugh has also been recently been offered by Northwestern and Texas Tech, according to his coach Harold Rayford.
Paired against Huntington Prep (WV), Baugh was the best guard on the floor. His passing and speed were next level. He's one of the best passers we've seen this high school season.
To date, Baugh has visited Georgetown and TCU. Memphis head coach Penny Hardaway has seen Baugh play mulitple times this season, too.
