Alabama Elite Preview: Team 1 Evals
The Elite Preview was a stage for the top prospects in the state of Alabama to compete under one roof during one intense day of basketball. Here's our evaluations from Team One.
Alex Reese, 2017 PF, Pelham: The 6-foot-9 forward was one of out the top three performers from the camp. We featured him here, here and on The Podcast
Graves showed his production in 5-on-5 play with his motor and energy. The 6-foot-4 forward plays hard consistently and did a good job of picking his spots on the offensive end. He was able to finish at the rim amongst taller players, as well as hit some shots from the perimeter. He also put an emphasis on rebounding and was productive in that department, too.
Robinson has all the makings of a talented point guard in the future. The 5-foot-9 point guard isn’t big, but he knows how to impact his game at his size. He has tremendous vision and did a good job of finding open teammates for shot opportunities. Robinson is the quarterback for his squad and there’s value in that.
