#ATLJAM: Thunder Struck wins battle of 15U Florida teams

The 15U Gray bracket championship was a battle of two Gainesville, Florida area teams, Thunder Struck and Gainesville Basketball Club. 

Thunder Struck came out of the gates firing on all cylinders, starting the game on a 9-0 run. However, GBC withstood the punch and pulled within four by halftime. 

The second half was more of the same. The start of the half was all Thunder Struck, with GBC weathering the storm and pulling back in it

However, GBC's late effort was not enough, as Thunder Struck held on to win 80-72. Led by their backcourt of Chris Thompson & Lance Erving. Thompson finished with 18 points while Erving added 17. In the loss for GBC, Byron Smith was fantastic, scoring 27 points.
