Class AA

No. 2 Seminole County 80, Fitzgerald 70: Jordan Harris posted 36 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists, three steals and three blocks on senior night. Anfernee King went for 17 points, 10 assists, five steals, four rebounds and two blocks.

No. 6 Lovett 54, Wesleyan 39: The Lions picked up another Region 6 win to keep pace with No. 4 Pace Academy for first place. Crawford Schwieger and Henry Richardson both scored 13 points. Charles Nastopoulos chipped in 11. Lovett hosts Pace Academy tomorrow at 5 P.M.

No. 9 Holy Innocents’ 75, BEST Academy 47: The Golden Bears led 47-24 at the half and cruised to the finish line. Cole Smith scored 21 points to lead Holy Innocents’ but it was Hugh Chapman’s career-high 17 points that was most impressive. Jules Erving and Harrison Cobb finished their nights with 11 and 12 points respectively.


Class A

No. 2 North Cobb Christian 75, Christian Heritage 39: Will Crumly exploded for 30 points, six rebounds and eight blocks against the smaller Lions. Nick Fleming scored 17 points.

No. 4 Pace Academy 76, Hapeville Charter 48: Hapeville had no answers inside for Isaiah Kelly and Wendell Carter Jr. Kelley had 14 points and Carter finished with 14 points, 15 rebounds and six assists.

No. 8 Stratford Academy 69, Twiggs County 63: O’Showen Williams showed out with 36 game-high points. James Mitchell and Tyler Jordan both scored 10 apiece.

No. 10 Lincoln County 82, Glascock County 40: The Red Devils cruised behind a balanced attack. Javon Reid led Lincoln County with 19 points. Zach Crite scored 16 and Ahmad Rand added 15.

St. Anne-Pacelli 59, Hawkinsville 56: Tre Sudberry continued his assault on the year with 31 points and five rebounds. Triston Wells scored 13 points and collected four rebounds. Armon Prophet finished with five points, 11 assists and nine rebounds.

Mt. Zion 66, Excel Christian 63 OT: Excel’s five-game winning streak came to an end in overtime. Caleb West scored 16 points while Darius Thrower was held to 13 in the loss.

Paideia 48, Galloway 37: The Pythons snaked their way to another victory behind Addison Owen’s 22 points.

 

Mt. Pisgah 61, Providence Christian 39: Elijah Carlson led the Storm with 12 points in the loss. Bobby Rodgers collected a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
