The clock is ticking for Kowalski

One of the top shooters that stepped through the doors at Suwanee Sports Academy this July was 2016 Concord (NC) shooting guard Ray Kowalski. He was one of the many pieces that helped lead PSB Select to the finals of #BOTS, as well as an overall successful travel season.

Kowalski was able to add several scholarship offers after a summer of torching the nets with his perimeter shooting.

“I have offers from Southeast Missouri State, Penn, VMI, Citadel, and Loyola (MD),” Kowalski told HoopSeen.com. “Western Carolina, Wofford, Dartmouth, and Boston University are interested, too.”

The 6-foot-2 guard plans to visit two college campuses this month.

“The weekend of September 12th I will visit Southeast Missouri State, and I haven’t finalized a date for Penn yet, but it will probably be late September.”

Kowalski says that SEMO and Penn are recruiting him the hardest right now, thus the reason for the official visits. It could also mean both schools are in the driver’s seat in his recruitment, as the senior hopes to have a decision soon.

“I want to have a decision by the end of September,” he said.
