Alabama Challenge Looks the Part

We knew coming in that Alabama Challenge was going to be a team to reckon with in the 17U division. Needless to say we weren't wrong.

2016s Justin Hopkins, Jacob Winston and Darian Adams were impressive guards to go along with 2017s Jamal Johnson and Garrison Brooks.

Don't be surprised if they're competing for a championship on Sunday.

Hello, Bryce Smith

If there's a more buzzy name among the HoopSeen staff so far than 2017 Bryce Smith, I'd love to hear it. At 6'8", Smith is built incredibly well to go along with superior athleticism. Welcome to the map, young fella.

Wellington Wolves Trio

Wellington Wolves have a nice little trio of guards between 2017 Trent Frazier and 2016s Scott Perry and Alex Keel. There's enough skill set here for coaches to take a look at.

Nick Ward is Worth the Hype

He's been on the national scene for a while, but this having been my first time seeing him, Nick Ward was something. Massive and agile are two things you don't generally find together, but this kid has it. Easy to see why high-majors across the country seek out his services.

Gateway Has a Good One

Gateway Basketball Club came into town and I came away impressed with 2016 guard Jah-Kobe Womack. He's got a solid build and does a good job off the bounce. Low-majors and mid-majors need to monitor.
