Kernersville (NC) Forsyth Country Day Head Coach Doug Esleeck has been around the college game in a large capacity before taking the job at FCD. He was an assistant coach at UNC-Wilmington, Mercer and Gardner-Webb at the Division One level. Before that he was the Director of Basketball Operations at UNC-Greensboro. So it's safe to say he is one of the most qualified coaches at the high school level in the state of North Carolina.
