Junard Hartley joins HoopSeen team as VP of Team Operations

We are excited to announce a new addition to our HoopSeen team. Junard Hartley joins our management group as the Vice President of Team Operations.

Hartley’s responsibility will be working closely with all of our travel basketball teams, including those within our HoopSeen Association.

Hartley has already served in a number of roles within the HoopSeen organization. He’s been a tournament director, assistant communication manager, a Preview camp coach, a media of our content team and served within our scouting department.

"After being an associate of the HoopSeen brand for many years, I am excited to officially join the team as Vice President of Team Operations,” Hartley said. “I look forward to enhancing our services and events by bridging the gap between our customers' goals and HoopSeen's vision.  I want to thank God first and foremost. I'd also like to thank Justin Young and Mike Eddy for entrusting me with this responsibility and opportunity to further broaden the reach of HoopSeen.”

Hartley has served in a variety of capacities at the collegiate level. He was the Director of Basketball Operations for Radford, playing an integral role in the school’s first-ever NCAA tournament victory. He also served as a graduate assistant at Georgia State from 2012-14.

Hartley was also on the staff as an assistant coach at Westlake High School in Atlanta, Georgia. The Lions won a state title during his time at the Peach State powerhouse.

He was a starting point guard for Campbell University and was the 2010 A-Sun Defensive Player of the Year. Hartley was also a Bob Cousy Award nominee, which is given to the best point guard in the nation. He is a prep graduate of Whitefield Academy.

“We are elated to infuse Junard’s leadership and energy into our team of hard-working and dedicated leaders,” Mike Eddy, CEO of HoopSeen said. “As we continue to grow and build the leader in grassroots basketball, having Junard in this role will only allow us to aim even higher at providing an experience that is unmatched in our space.”

You can reach Hartley via the HoopSeen hotline at 470-266-8862 or email him at jhartley@hoopseen.com. You can also follow him on Twitter and Instagram at @HoopSeenJuJu.
