North Carolina Fall Preview Spotlight: Daylen Berry

Daylen Berry was an eye-catcher at our North Carolina Fall Preview over the weekend. He was one of our top overall performers on our HoopSeen camp stage and it is easy to see why so many are excited about his future.

The 6-foot-4 guard from Panther Creek High School and Garner Road travel team gave us a peek into his recruitment and where he stands with it all.

Berry said he has had coaches from Liberty, Western Carolina and Wyoming come by the school early this high school year with Elon, Appalachian State, UNC Charlotte, Georgia and Charleston are all showing various amounts of interest at the moment.

Berry said he has been to Appalachian State and Liberty for unofficial visits. His time at Liberty stood out, he said.

“It was amazing and I had a chance to play with the team when I was there,” Berry said. “I liked it there.”
