6-foot-6 wing Josh Massey of Charlotte (NC) United Faith has committed to Western Carolina University. “#ItsComing is all I got to say, just wait on it…” he said. 

One of HoopSeen’s standouts during the June evaluation period, Massey has the size and the skill set to be a player that could garner All-SoCon honors soon. 

Massey on his commitment, “The campus was great. It is amazing to see for sure. Especially at the top of the mountain, and the weather is usually cold in the morning and then it just gets hot out of nowhere. It’s in the mountains, so its’ away from everything but big enough to keep you busy and stay out of trouble. The coaches are very rational, and I feel like I can talk to them about anything not just with basketball. I think I can be an all-league player with the help of my coaches there pushing me to be my very best every day on and off the court. It’s the perfect distance from home, it’s not too far and it’s not so close that I can’t get my college experience.”
