Isaiah Adams Picks UCF
One prospect that really improved his stock over the course of the spring into summer was Team CP25 forward Isaiah Adams.
The 6-foot-7 Jacksonville, Florida native will play his college basketball at UCF. Adams was named to the HoopSeen All-Independent team in late July after his play on our stage.
HoopSeen Editor-In-Chief Justin Young called this one two years ago back when Adams was playing with Team Jacksonville. "Isaiah Adams is an intriguing one to watch in the class of 2020. The 6-6 forward has the length and skill to be a really good player in the future at the 17U level. He currently has an offer from North Florida and interest from UMass, Florida and Florida State."
HoopSeen caught up with Adams to discuss his commitment to UCF. Adams said, "The main reason I wanted to commit was they have been there from the beginning they have always been on me and I started building the relationship with all the coaches. The UCF coaching staff alone were a big reason they really are some good people and want the best and they keep it real with me about what I have to do and I like that so that would have to be the main reason was the coaching staff in particular Coach Dawkins and how he is as a man and what he’s done in the game and the fact that I am going to be able to learn from him."
