HoopSeen Tip-Off Spotlight: Myles Tate, Upward Stars SE

Myles Tate is one of those point guards you can miss. Blink and you could miss an opportunity to see the Roebuck (SC) Dorman floor general in action.

He’s fast on fast. And that speed is the anchor to his success on the hardwood with his high school team and now as the pilot of the Upward Stars travel program.

Tate was one of the top floor generals at the HoopSeen Tip-Off a couple of weeks ago and now as we approach the NCAA Live Period, he will certainly be one of the most recruited point guards in the South.

To date, he said he holds offers from Presbyterian, Coastal Carolina, Wofford, South Carolina, South Florida, Appalachian State and College of Charleston.

He’s been to the campuses of South Carolina, Pittsburgh, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

Schools such as Murray State, Florida Gulf Coast, Clemson and Furman have also shown various levels of interest.
