Two emerge for Wasatch wing Tristin Enaruna

Tristin Enaruna has had several suitors over the prioritize him over the past few months, but two programs appear to be braking away from the pack. The Wasatch Academy shot maker spoke with HoopSeen about two programs that are standing out in his recruitment. After being asked about his most recent offer from Kansas, Enaruna said this about the Big 12 power.

"Kansas is a big time school you know. Last year I came to the USA to finish the season with one offer. Being able to work this summer and come out here this season and get an offer from them is big time. "

When asked about what schools are standing out, Enaruna spoke highly of two high major programs.

" I have about two schools that Im strongly considering.Creighton and Kansas" Enaruna said when asked about what schools are prioritizing him. I think the biggest things that they are telling me, which gives me interest is that they will let me play the game that I can play the best. For me its improtant that I play minutes right away as a freshman. They say that they will give me the opportunity and like I said Kansas is a big place to play. I like the team, I like the way they play. Creighton has been with me. They've been following me for two years now so I really trust them. I really trust coach and I know them well. I know their school and I feel like their playing style will fit me too."

Enaruna believes that the move to Wasatch will help him at the next level as other high major prospects have pushed his game forward.

"I think Ive grown alot. We have a good time. They push me to go 100% every practice, so my all around game is getting better. More effecient, scoring getting better. Just getting mentally into the game and being mentally strong are the biggest things Ive improved on."

With Enaruna planning on making official visits after Christmas, it will be interesting to see if other progams can get involved. Prioritzing Enaruna is seeming to pay off of Creighton evaluated Enaruna at Holiday Hoopsgiving while Kansas made an appearance here at the Emerald Coast 16. Enaruna finished today with 15 points and 5 rebounds.
