#Gibbons Spotlight: Jason Jitoboh

In today’s world of basketball recruiting, size comes at a premium and players with it tend to become priority guys for college programs.

Hamilton Heights (TN) & Team NLP 2019 big man Jason Jitoboh has lots of that, and it is not wonder why he is on the radars of so many high level programs.

The 6-foot-10 270 pounder is a space eater in the middle and has a great skill set to go along with his size. He has great hands and a very soft touch around the rim and a capable shot maker in the paint. Defesnively, he is able to hold down the middle and provide a presence altering and blocking shots and grabbing boards. He has worked his way into basketball shape and it has made all the difference in his abilities.

So much so that a lot of high major programs are getting in on him.

“I have offers right now from Florida and Auburn,” Jitoboh said. “But I’m also hearing a lot from Xavier and Clemson too,” he added.

As he continues to work, condition, and develop expect for many more high major programs to get involved with him and he could end up as a factor in the national picture when it is all said and done.
