Huge visit tour coming up for Khavon Moore
Khavon Moore, the No. 6 overall player in the class of 2018, is set to make a flurry of unofficial visits this fall. His tour of college campuses begins this weekend.
The 6-foot-9 multi-positional prospect from Macon (GA) Westside will take a trip to Florida this weekend and spend time with the Gators. The following weekend he will make the trip to Athens to see the Georgia Bulldogs.
A week later on Sept. 17, Moore will visit Georgia Tech. On Sept. 30 he will visit Auburn. A couple of days later, Moore will travel north during his fall break from Westside High to spend time on the campus of Kentucky and Louisville.
The fall visit tour will wrap up on Oct. 7 when he makes a visit to Connecticut.
College coaches can return to the recruiting trail beginning next Friday (Sept. 9) and Moore’s coaches at Westside said Mercer and Georgia Tech will be to see him that morning for a workout. Other schools scheduled for workouts at Westside include: Auburn, Georgia, West Virginia (twice), Kentucky, NC State, Oklahoma and Memphis.
Moore will also be at the Georgia Fall Preview on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Suwanee Sports Academy.
