Senior Showcase Spotlight: AJ Jones
“It was a special group. We had a lot of freshmen, lot of inexperienced guys but we all pulled together and played as a team.”
That is what McEachern point guard AJ Jones had to say about the Indians’ 26-4 season and run to the Class AAAAAA Elite Eight.
Jones’ play and leadership while guiding a young team did not go unnoticed as Wofford, Tennessee State, Penn State and Austin Peay have shown interest. Austin Peay and Campbell have offered, Jones said.
The McEachern star said he is hoping to visit Tennessee State, Wofford and Austin Peay.
