The Podcast: Louisville, USA Basketball, Now or Later

There’s a lot going on in Louisville with Rick Pitino and his program. Can the Cardinals survive the sex scandal that has dominated the preseason headlines? Coach K is stepping down as the head coach of USA Basketball. Did his time with the red, white and blue give the Blue Devils an unfair recruiting advantage? And what about the top players left uncommitted in the class of 2016? Corey Evans and Justin Young play Now or Later and discuss where they think the top remaining players are headed to college.

SEGMENT ONE (5:02): The scandal at Louisville. Can Rick Pitino and the program survive?

SEGMENT TWO: (16:15): Coach K will step down as the head coach of USA Basketball after the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. With two gold medals and only one loss over the last 10 years, suffice it to say he’s helped turn around the USA Basketball. Coach K said the journey is over. Did his time as the USA Basketball head coach create an unfair advantage, as some coaches said back in 2006 when he was called to the position? Who is next and how would it affect recruiting, if it is a college coach?

SEGMENT THREE (28:35): Now or Later and makin' predictions. The guys break down the remaining uncommitted players in the class of 2016 and whether or not they will commit now or later (during the second signing period). And we pick where we think the players are going to go to school.
