Isaac says yes to Noles

Jonathan Isaac walked into Suwanee Sports Academy last spring as a reputation-less prospect from the loaded state of Florida. The hoop heads in the Sunshine State weren’t familiar with the long and skinny 6-foot-7 forward.

No one heard of him. No one.

A Google search revealed nothing and his school - International School of Broward - has never really registered on the radar of Florida high school basketball.

Isaac was so good at our events that you had to take notice. His play started a national story and he never let up every time he came to Suwanee Sports Academy for HoopSeen.com events.

From there, Isaac took off. He has been one of the most impressive prospects on the shoe circuit and many believe him to be a top 20 national recruit. College coaches caught up and a number of schools jump into the recruiting pool.

On Monday morning, the likely McDonald’s All-American announced his decision to play at Florida State.

“When you are with family you feel safe, loved, wanted, and able to be yourself,” Isaac told HoopSeen.com on why he picked FSU. “Want to work hard and do something special with people i feel are special.”
