Georgia PGs add first offers
The 2016 class in Georgia is very deep at the point guard position. With many quality mid major and low major prospects at the position, it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
Two of those point guards in the class have added their first Division I offers after the live period in the second weekend of July.
Rockdale County point guard Jalen Jordan has been a sleeper point guard in the state for some time now, showing out at various events and camps. Over the weekend, he added his first offer from Western Kentucky. Jordan (pictured above) is a guard with good size who really excels both scoring and distributing the basketball.
Joining him gaining his first offer as well is Allatoona point guard Ephraim Tshimanga, who added his first offer from Alcorn State. Tshimanga has been a standout at HoopSeenevents all spring and summer and has become a name we are very familiar with. He is a very efficient scorer who also really gets after it on the defensive end.
This will not be the last you hear of these two guards, as they will be poised to add more offers to their lists, as will the other point guards in 2016’s class.
