NPS: Friday night takeaways

By Kory Keys

So There Are Some Quality Bigs, Huh?

- The first thing I noticed at the Norman Parker Showcase was the size, and man did it pay off. Across the board the event is loaded with quality bigs. Wendell Carter, Abdul Ado, Udoka Azubuike, Chris Lewis, Romello White, Raekwon Long, Ikey Obiagu, Victor Enoh, Mohammed Abdulsalem. Well, you get the picture.

Georgia Stars are Loaded Across the Board

- You already know about the stack 2016 Elite team, but what's impressive about the Stars this travel season is the sheer depth top to bottom. The 2018 group has some young studs in Damon Hardge, Corderius Hastings, and Mohammed Abdulsalem (pictured above). Not to mention the other 2018 team featuring Alex Jones and Drue Drinnon. Loaded might even be an understatement.

Any Sleepers?

- I'm glad you asked because I was able to locate a few guys that hadn't come across my board yet:

2016 Ben Robertson, PSB Select
2016 Raekwon Long, PSB Select
2016 Keith Gilmore, Game Elite
2018 Arusha Hunter, Atlanta Celtics Adams
