Looking back on a full day of action at the Senior Showcase, there were a number of players that stood out in the evaluation games. Here's five more that stood out to our staff of evaluators and coaches.

Travis Thompson, SF, Carver: Meet the surprise of the event. The 6-foot-5 senior took full advantage of the stage. Some of the elder statesmen in the college coaching ranks that were in attendance were very high on Thompson. He played with great energy and purpose. Thompson was as versatile as it got and he produced. Boy, did he produce. Thompson will make a college coach happy. He was eager to listen and eager to learn. Wouldn't be surprised to see him earn several offers after today's camp.

Daniel Roach, PF/SF, Collins Hill: With three games to play, Roach found ways to be effective each time out. He showed that he could be a producer in the interior as a scorer and rebounder. There were several times when Roach stepped out and knocked down the three-pointer. The 6-foot-5 forward ran the floor with little trouble and played hard on both ends. Very productive day for the Gwinnett County player.

Ronald McCloud, PG/SG, Stockbridge (pictured above): Fast, athletic and exciting. Those three words will suffice for McCloud. The 6-foot speedster was quick to score. He got the iron with little trouble. Few, if any, could stay in front of him defensively. McCloud used his incredible bounce to score at the iron and was quick to start the break. McCloud was as exciting of a player there was at the Senior Showcase on Sunday.

Cornelius Taylor, SG, Claxton: When you come to a camp featuring players that are all aiming for a scholarship, you have to find a way for people to remember you. Taylor did that. He's a scorer, borderline elite scorer. After pumping in nearly 28 points a contest this year, we were excited to see Taylor in action. He scored at all three levels. Taylor will be the same kind of player in college.

Bradley Brevet, SG/SF, Allatoona: Seniors that end their last year of high school on the uptick are guys that make for interesting players. Brevet was great down the stretch for the AAAAA runner-up. At 6-foot-4, he makes for a difficult player to guard on the wing. He's athletic. He's rangy. He's good with the ball. He's a problem at the high school level. The ceiling is still quite high with him. It will be interesting to see where he can go and develop into a player at the next level.
