To win in the new power confence ACC, you have to land major talent. Lots and lots of major talent. This year's incoming ACC group of players should help some familiar names remain at the top but a couple of other schools climb up the rankings in years to come. Winston Neal, our resident college coach, breaks down the conference and hands out his National Signing Day Superlatives.
