Blankney re-opens recruitment

In recruiting, never expect the story to end once a player gives a school a commitment. Not even the bluebloods are safe.

Eleven days after telling Rick Pitino he was ready to be a Cardinal, Florida five-star guard Antonio Blakeney decided to re-open his commitment.

Blakeney tweeted out the news on Monday night and ESPN's Reggie Rankin first reported the recruiting earthquake.

As the Orlando (FL) Oak Ridge told Rankin, he will release a new list of schools that he will consider in the coming days. The rumor mill is already buzzing about a future Kentucky-Louisville battle for his eventual signature.
