With the July recruiting behind us, we look back at the action from the Havoc on the Hardwood. There were 24 teams that participated in the 17 and under division. Action was packed and the tournament was competitive. That's all you can ask for.

A number of players took advantage of the stage and ended their final go round on the travel circuit with a bang. Our HoopSeen.com staff voted, discussed and debated the best of the best.
