With less than a week to National Signing Day, one of the top available big men in the country ended his recruitment on Thursday morning. Dante Buford, an athletic forward from Arlington Country Day (Fla.) announced on Twitter that he will be signing with the Oklahoma Sooners.

The 6-foot-7 forward is athletic of a big man there is in the South. He'll serve as a nice addition to the Sooner rotation. Lon Kruger has enjoyed success with similar players at the same position in the past.

Buford, a South Carolina native, went on a whirlwind visit tour. He took a trip to Oklahoma, Miami and South Carolina in a matter of two weeks after he received a qualifying test score.

The Sooners are getting an aggressive competitor that can extend his offense to the three-point line. He's a tough rebounder and a match-up problem on both sides of the floor.

Buford, a South Carolina native, was one of the top players at the 2013 Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions.
