HoopSeen Tip-Off Spotlight: Linwood Grady, Team Trezz

One player that made an impression on me this weekend was Team Trezz's Linwood Grandy. The Rocky Mount, North Carolina-based AAU program is sponsored by NBA player Montrezl Harrell, who grew up in the area.

The 6-foot-5 wing was able to score off the bounce from the perimeter, ability to finish plays at the rim in transition and if the defense allowed and he got his feet set I thought the the ball was going in the basket. He is quick in the open floor and does a good job of pushing the ball after rebounds. He is a player that low-major programs should be taking a look at during the upcoming April live period.

Grandy told HoopSeen that UNC-Asheville, High Point and Cal State Northridge have showed some interest but he has still not received his first Division One offer.

Grandy had this to say about his experience over the weekend at The HoopSeen Tip-Off, "I felt the weekend went great. The team did good and I feel we can do something special this summer."

Team Trezz solidified themselves going 3-1 on the weekend as a team that coaches need to take a look at over the next live period.
